The mission of CRAFT is to ensure you, as our client, appreciate and enjoy the experience and process of crafting your new residence, with the resulting space being a reflection of you.
The CRAFT philosophy is to create an experience for you that is both personal and personable, with the intent that your home building experience and your home become a representation of what you believe in, and therefore, represents who we are at CRAFT.
The approach embodied by all CRAFT team members is passion for building elegant and sophisticated homes, an expertise in quality construction combined with the sensitivity for detailed design, and a clear understanding of your resources and your schedule with a commitment to manage both effectively and efficiently.
MANAGEMENT
CRAFT will incorporate a professional, proven approach in performing the build of your new residence. We feel the following key components are necessary to effectively and efficiently manage your project.
Your main point of contact will be available for the duration of your project and will be responsible for all activities related to your new home. These tasks include subcontractor and vendor coordination and management, field activities, construction progress, schedules and sequencing, field reports and documentation, client-design team communications, and project financials.
As the construction phase kicks-off, a Site Superintendent will be incorporated into the management of the project with direct responsibility of subcontractor coordination, logistics, and sequencing of material deliveries. Each of our Superintendents are selected based on their experience and knowledge of construction, their exemplary problem solving skills, and their ability to communicate with and motivate subcontractors.
